Since its inception , the Nhlanhla Zwane Foundation organization has been responsible for the delivery of life-saving goods and on-the-ground support for innumerable people in South Africa. Nhlanhla Zwane Foundation restores the hope and dignity of the most vulnerable in their time of need, rebuilding prosperous communities and empowering leaders of tomorrow.

Health
The Nhlanhla Zwane Foundation is committed to directly reaching households with community-based management of acute malnutrition, which provides access to improved water and sanitation, improved behavioral change, livelihood support, strengthening locals and the national health system as well as South Africa and Africa by 2026.
On South Africa partnerships, the Nhlanhla Zwane Foundation vision is not limited to South Africa. In realizing the vision for a better Africa, the NZF is strategically supporting and working with like-minded international organizations in changing the Africa narratives.
